Commercial finance for UK limited companies.
Since 2018. Unsecured working capital and property finance, arranged one case at a time. You speak to the person who assesses yours.
Nine in ten of the businesses we look at do not get placed. Telling one early is the service. Letting it collect declines is not.
We fund most sectors. In four of them we know how the money moves.

We do not quote a figure before we have seen how a business trades.
Filed accounts describe a year that has already finished. The bank account shows where you are now, and the last three months carry most of the weight.
So we ask two questions. How much, and what for. Then six months of statements, which takes five to seven minutes from a banking app.
After that you get a straight answer. What is realistically available, and if the answer is no, the reason why.
We are paid when a case completes, so we work until it does.
A few of the cases behind the numbers.
Client names are not published, and never will be. Amounts and timeframes are as completed.
- £200k
Unsecured term loan. Asked for £150k for a second site while already carrying borrowing, and completed above the amount asked for.
- £1.2m
Bridging finance, restructured over a far longer term than standard. Judgments on file and declined across the market despite clean statements.
- £450k
Two unsecured facilities against the trading business. He came to us for a property loan.
- £1.29m
Seventeen unsecured facilities since 2019, starting at £73k. Every top-up ran in a day or two rather than a fortnight.
Foresight
See the cost before you speak to anyone.
Not a repayment calculator. Four facilities, each priced on the mechanics it uses, from eight years of our own lending. What completed, at what cost, and what did not.
Pick a facility, type an amount, and you get a monthly cost from lower to higher. It takes nothing from you. No name, no company, no contact details, and nothing is recorded.
It is an estimate, not a quotation. The real number comes after somebody has read your statements, and it can move in either direction.
Every other site in this market leads with a rate almost nobody receives. This is what we can tell you honestly before we have seen anything.
Three unsecured facilities, and property finance alongside them.
- Business loan
A fixed sum on a fixed schedule. Usually the largest facility available, and the right structure when you need capital outright.
- Credit line
An approved limit you draw from as you need it, each drawdown on its own term. For uneven working capital, not a single lump sum.
- Business credit card
A revolving limit for spending, with the ability to move funds into the business account. Usually sits alongside another facility.
- Property finance
Bridging for time-critical transactions, and portfolio facilities drawn against equity already held.
What you send us, and where it goes.
You will be asked for six months of business bank statements. That is the point at which most people stop and think, and it is a reasonable place to stop.
They are held in encrypted, access-controlled storage in the UK or under equivalent protection. Not in an inbox and not on a shared drive. Nobody outside the United Kingdom can open them.
They go to one lending partner, the one your case actually fits, and you are told which before you commit to anything.
We are paid when a case completes. There is no reason for us to collect your statements unless the case is real.
We take on a limited number of cases, so we are direct about fit.
This works if
- You run a UK limited company
- At least £360,000 a year through the business bank account
- Bank turnover, not filed accounts, because that is how most lending partners underwrite
- Established trading, and a clear reason for the money
This does not work if
- You are pre-revenue or early stage
- You are borrowing personally, not through a company
- The same case is already running through several brokers
Either way you will know quickly.
Send six months of statements and you will know where you stand, usually the same day.
