- Bridging Finance
For a single transaction with a date on it. Auction purchases, buying before selling, releasing equity from something you already own, or a deal another lender has pulled out of. Repaid on sale or refinance.
Size is decided on the asset and the exit.
- Portfolio Credit Facility
For investors who already hold property. A facility drawn against equity across the portfolio, available when a purchase comes up rather than arranged after it.

Both facilities are for investment property held for business purposes. Usually through a company, and we can look at a portfolio held personally too. A property you live in is a residential mortgage, and we do not arrange those.
