BusinessBusiness Loans

Capital, on a fixed schedule.

A lump sum into your business account, repaid over an agreed term. The largest facility we arrange, and the right structure when a business needs capital outright.

Two structures

  1. Short term

Up to £750,000. Up to 24 months. Monthly, fixed.

Decision the same day on some cases, decided automatically. Suits stock, a purchase, a gap to close, anything that pays back quickly.

  2. Term loan

Up to £750,000. 36 to 72 months. Monthly, fixed.

Decision usually 24 to 48 hours. Suits expansion, acquisition, a second site, anything where the return builds over years.

We work out which structure the business actually needs and where it should go. What you do with that is your decision.

When a loan is not the right answer

A loan is a fixed sum on a fixed schedule. If the money is needed for a few days at a time, that structure works against you. You pay for a term you are not using.

That is a credit line, not a loan.

We will say so. You tell us how much and what for, we tell you which structure fits and why, and you decide. Nobody is pushed toward a product.

Borrow when it is working, not when it is not

The time to arrange funding is when the business does not urgently need it. That is also the time almost nobody does it.

What we see instead is a business waiting, hoping it will not be necessary, taking on cost elsewhere in the meantime. By the time the direct debits start bouncing, the statements say something different and the options have narrowed considerably.

Nothing about the business changed. The evidence did.

This is not the same as being told to wait. Where a business is not yet fundable, waiting and going in stronger is the right call, and we will say so. What costs people money is delaying while the account is clean, to save a point on a rate, and arriving when it no longer is.

What we need from you

Six months of business bank statements. Five to seven minutes from your banking app.

Company and director details. Basic information about the business and who runs it.

Identity documents. Passport or driving licence, where a lending partner requires it.

That is the whole list. We collect it once and keep it on file, so you are not asked for the same thing twice.

Everything you send us is held in encrypted, access-controlled storage in the UK or under equivalent protection. Not on a shared drive, and not accessible to anyone outside the United Kingdom. Security and data

What to expect

Personal guarantee

Required on almost all unsecured lending. The terms are set out in the lending partner’s own documentation, which you should read in full before accepting.

Homeowner status

Can affect the amount available with some lending partners, and makes no difference with others. Knowing which is which is part of what placement means.

Credit searches

No search that leaves a mark on your file is run without telling you first.

Business loans are the largest facility we arrange, by volume and by value.

Is this for you

We work with established UK limited companies turning over at least £360,000 a year through the business bank account.

Who we work with

Send six months of statements and you will know where you stand, usually the same day.
